I've just received an email updating me about posts to a Ticket I started http://support.myrouteapp.com/support/discussions/topics/12000005174 . When I open that link in my web browser (without having already logged in) I can see the Ticket thread.
I then wanted to comment on the Ticket thread, so went to the top right Login link (http://support.myrouteapp.com/support/login) and clicked on it. This took me to the German (I think) page https://myrouteapp.freshdesk.com/support/home which didn't have any way of logging into the system on it either, except the German words - Meld u aan - with the same login URL underneath it.
So this Ticket is about the web based Support Forum and the way it works, or doesn't, from a link in an email update about an existing Ticket.
