On missing a turn off at a motorway junction the recalculate produced something amazing! A marker was set at the point where recalculation started (a common GPS approach to this) however instead of guiding me onwards using the recalculated route a return to this point was first deemed necessary.
Thus the plotted route was on to the next junction, then loop back to the junction before my mistake then back again exit as on the original route.
The route can just about be seen in the two shots from my helmet cam video, one just as the route was generated and the other as I returned to the junction. Note that in the second frame instead of turning left, the route continues back for one junction then returns, exits and turns right at the roundabout.
Needless to say, I did not actually follow the plotted route
Good Afternoon Gwallter,
The option 'skip' could provide the needed assistance with this.
This forces the app to skip the next waypoint, thus resulting in the fact that your route should resume with the correct path.
Because you missed the turn you probably missed a routepoint. Pressing 'skip' should resolve this !
I hope this helps!
