Lost mapping

When I try to open any of my routes, I am just presented with a grey screen instead a map with my route. The same happens if I try to start a new route - no mapping appears so I cannot proceed. 

All my prepared routes are still listed correctly under "Routes" but I cannot access them.


The system was working OK earlier today. Is this a general fault?


I have tried rebooting my computer but makes no difference. Google mapping still works fine, but nothing via MyRouteApp?

Mapping has now started working again. No apparent reason for this but at least problem has resolved itself. Mystery. Never happened before.
