I have recently upgraded to Gold hoping that I could export my routes onto my tomtom rider, but unfortunately it will not allow me to download the connector.
I never had any issues prior to your new upgrade!!!
How do I resolve this issue? a prompt reply would be helpful as I planning to leave for France next week.

Can you please furnish more information about the type of computer (e.g. Mac or Windows) and software (e.g. Windows 10 or OSX Sierra) you are using?
