You may sometimes have doubts about which subscription you have. Read this manual to find out how you can always check which subscription you have.

If you want to know specifically how you can purchase, adjust or cancel a subscription, read How can I purchase or change a subscription?

Table of Contents

Website

If you are logged in to the website, you can go to My account. If you don't know what that is or how to open it, first read Manual 'My Account'.

Scroll down a little in My account to see your current subscriptions. You can see that this user has the Routeplanner Gold Lifetime subscription.

If you purchased a monthly or annual subscription in the current webshop (after July 2021), you will also see your billing information here. This way you can quickly and easily view your previous invoice, but also what and when the upcoming invoice is. Have your payment details changed? Adjust this yourself here, so that the next payment will certainly be successful.

App

In the app it is possible to quickly see which subscription you have. To do this, all you have to do is go to the settings screen. If you don't know how to do this, first read App - Basics to see how to reach this screen.

  1. Here you can see that this user has both the Routeplanner Gold subscription and the Navigation subscription. If you do not see Gold but Basic here, this only applies to the Routeplanner subscription. So it is possible to be both Basic and Navigation.
  2. Would you like more information about your active subscription? Then click here to open My account in an in-app browser. You will then see the same information as on the website as explained above.

Subscriptions

You can also view and manage your subscriptions directly in the subscription webshop. It is important that you are logged in for this.

In this example, the user has a monthly Navigation Next subscription. This is clearly visible by the yellow color of the button and the text purchased.

From the webshop you can convert the monthly subscription into an annual or Lifetime subscription. The image also shows how you can cancel the subscription yourself and when it takes effect.

Do you have an active subscription and don't see a cancel button? It can be one of the options below:

  • You have a Lifetime subscription.
  • You have taken advantage of a special promotion. This subscription will expire automatically.
  • You have a subscription that was still purchased with the old payment system or via the old app. These subscriptions expire automatically.
