The application fails to navigate after 1st turn. Dutch text

The topic speaks for itself. I've just paid €40 for an application that fails to navigate, fails to redirect and gives me messages in Dutch. I've tried submitting a ticket but I need to be a gold member to use that particular facility and I've had no response via Twitter. Where do I turn for help?

I'm sorry you had a bad first impression of MyRouteApp Navigation. You can try to delete and re-install the app, this usually solves the problem.
