Upgrading not executed

I upgraded (or rather tried to uppgrade) to Gold member yesterday. Received a confirmation on the website saying that I should also receive a confirmation mail (see attached file). But I haven’t still neither been upgraded nor received any confirmation mail although my credit card was instantly charged.
