Drag and Drop Waypoints No Longer Working?

The functionality is still there but our server seems to be lacking a little bit in the last couple of days. Try clicking and holding your mouse for about a second (so our server has time to respond to your input), and then drag the way point.

In route lab, I used to be able to change the order of the waypoints in the list on the left my clicking on a waypoint and moving it up or down in the list. I can no longer do that. What changed? That was a great feature, that if gone, really makes the functionality a lot worse. This is in the website on a PC.
